Please follow the below steps to Optimize your device connection, this will help you point your device in the right direction of your closest tower( Louw Wepener Straat ) and establish a stable connection with constant speeds. Please remove and re-insert your sim card once you have completed an Optimization and restart your device as well. · Log on to your rain dashboard on www.rain.co.za· Click on manage on the tile which has your sim plan. (your name will be displayed)· Scroll down to Optimize and move your device around according to the direction of the tower.You will see the sites within your area and your position will be indicated by a red beacon ( Please physically move your device in the direction of the nearest site )Run a speed test via the provided link: speed.rain.co.za once completed with the process.
