Just excellent

In light of recent events, I realised how many times I've depended on Rain in the past and have never written a review.

I'm not sure about the current quality of the customer service agents because due to the quality of their product we haven't had to make use of it for some time.

The setup process is a breeze. We used the uncapped unshaped (23:00>18:00) at my previous work, family members have used the 50GB (from WebAfrica quite a while ago, don't think one can get that deal anymore) and currently, we have the 10mbps uncapped/unshaped as a backup at home. It has been a saving grace more times than I care to count. Not just for us, but for any of our inner circle that was in a pickle.

Excellent product. Highly recommended.
