Just don't sign up with Rain!

Rain gets a zero rating from me. I have not had connectivity since last night and when I call the customer care I am told that my issue has been escalated and that I must wait 24hrs. I am working from home for crying out loud! Senzo M who is apparently the manager never calls me back but things are escalated to him. I spoke to Masintle, Sino and Thobisile Nyawo who was very helpful but honestly Rain is disgusting man. I lost a full day of work today because of this nonsense
