JUST DON`T DO IT!!

I don`t even know what to say anymore. Just don`t sign up with Rain. It is really useless! I have not had any connection today and the call center is really not helpful. I strongly believe that rain does not have coverage in my area but they keep taking my money every month. I have logged so many complaints on here and i havenot even received any call or acknowledgement of my complaints, absolutely nothing was done! I am looking for another service provider as i am typing this. Rain does not have capacity for all it`s customers and it`s not fair that they take our money without actually providing a service.
