Just another money maker and no service8

We have had horrible network since the end of October we pay every month for a 5G network that we don't get we are constantly on 4G and not even that is working properly. Have notified Rain a few times on Facebook it's always the same story technicians will fix towers repair time is unknown we even got a response saying we do not have 5G in our area, then why the hell would they sell us the 5G network. It's so bad that you can't even use google to search something
