Jonathan du Toit from rain has given me excellent service . As for RAIN as a network itself , I have made use of their services for over a period of 7 years on and off . And I can honestly say that things have only gone uphill from its inception . The thing is , people need to realise that RAIN is totally area dependant and tower dependant . So if you are in a bad reception area and you chose RAIN then that’s on you . I however have not had any issue with the provider itself . I guess load shedding affected everyone equally when it came to internet issues so I cannot say that RAIN has been an unpleasant experience other than our heavy load shedding periods .
