Rain is by far the worst service providers of all-time. Since 19th of October last year I'm struggling to get my rain one package working received my 3 Sim cards and router, and the router was working but the two Sim cards wasn't working rain help me to get one Sim work but the one is still not working!! And from Desember my router isn't working properly. Was for days with out internet in December and now it's starting again!! Only have service a few hours a day, connect with out internet!! BUT STILL HAVE TO PAY THE FULL AMOUNT FOR MY SERVICE AND IT'S NOT WORKING

This Sim card doesn't work in any phone with all the right settings do you think I'm stupid. Please cancel my subscription with you, 4 months and you can't sort out a Sim card, I will name and shame you
