I've ordered their router and they delivered on Thursday and when I'm checking it, it didn't have network called them same time to alert about the problem and they said it will take 1-2 days I must wait
I've ordered their router and they delivered on Thursday and when I'm checking it, it didn't have network called them same time to alert about the problem and they said it will take 1-2 days I must wait. I Waited Friday and Saturday with no luck sent them an email, Facebook messenger, WhatsApp but they never got back to me. I've been requesting them to come and fetch their router but they keep on ignoring me and they've been sending messages of payment that I need to do. How do you pay for something that you didn't use?
