I've made my monthly payment for my subscription

I've made my monthly payment for my subscription. And I'm always on time and never miss payments. But guess what?? Rain put my line on overdue, saying I'm owing, but on their system it reflects that I did pay but still they flag my account as overdue. My connection got disconnected coz of this error they are failing to fix... I'm soooo disappointed. Rain is the worst service provider ever!!! And they don't know how to prioritize their customers!!!! When u call the only answer they will give you is "we are escalating your matter to our billing team" RAIN is a shame n DISGRACE!!!
