I've have not had a good experience with rain firstly they said we have coverage where we stay so we thought you know what let's do our wifi through them from the first day our router arrived we had problems we called multiple times where they did assist but then hung up on us we called again found just to find out they have us registered on the wrong address they said they sorted it out but today i called again because we still have problems with our router just to find out we do not have any coverage Close to us so I canceled subscription but now I have to still pay for a full month where the wifi didn't even work we can't download anything we can't upload anything we can't just simply scroll through social media because it's not working
