Ive done my part! HOW ABOUT YOU?????

Not impressed at effing all right now. "Switch to rain and avoid trenching with the fiber lines!" What the eff is the point? Load shedding hits and you guys have ZERO infrastructure to keep the system running??? How is this efficient? So now, due to Eskom, who is the devil in SA right now, effects the internet. Them saying that loadshedding will effect the services is a load of ****!!! WHERE ARE YOUR BACKUPS? You telling me you chaps only have 1 tower? Zero back up? What kind of service is this? Can we as rain customers expect half of our fees back, as we are only receiving half the services? I think thats fair? There is no reason for the internet to drop just because ***ken dom Eskom puts power out. What was the point of my UPS now? This is completely unacceptable, and cannot carry on. I would like an answer to this, to what you solutions are!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
