I’ve cancelled using rain but they’re still pulling money from my account as I haven’t been usingandthey still owing me R3000 for payments they took from me,I’m really disappointedandi want my money back 🤬😤🤦🏽♂️

These guys don’t even deserve a ⭐️,at 10:35am I received a call from one of their agents andasking me y I claim I cancelled whilst their services are still running,I told him a technician came yesterday to install an outside router,of which it’s not functioning 100percent,as he also mentioned there’s a problem with the towers in Pretoria East,he even had the audacity to tell me they don’t owe me anything coz I’ve using their services,I’m really disappointedandreally need my money back R529x3+R780 is a lot of moneyandits my hard earned money andthis is a total *******,they know I haven’t been using it but claiming I did,just now coz I’ve cancelled andwritting about them on Hellopeter,they’re taking responsibility only by calling but still not giving me a good result @ the end of it all I’ve lost money of which they don’t wanna give it back or credit it back to me as new outside router is functioning a bit&yet I’m still not happy especially with the call I received today
