I’ve called Rain twice this morning
I’ve called Rain twice this morning. The Wi-Fi hasn’t connected for too long. I’m paying for a service. The first agent said she’s connecting me to Alan Manor tower and it’ still didn’t work after I followed every step instructed. The second person named Rupesh was super helpful and his service was great from a telephonic customer perspective. The Wi-Fi is still not connecting even after he connected us to a closer tower? I am frustrated to no end

Ive been on your social media pages and its shocking to see how many people are cancelling due to network and billing issues? Get your house in order Rain. You have wonderful staff that keep apologising? This isnt customer centricity at all and I am gutted to say the least.
