I've been with Rain about 3 years now and I've had about 2 problems in all that time

I've been with Rain about 3 years now and I've had about 2 problems in all that time. They are however hard to get ahold of when needed. Lucky that's not alot. Once on the phone though they quickly sort the problem I'm however not very pleased that I cannot upgrade my router as I believe it's leading to slow internet connection
