I've been waiting for Rain to phone me back longer than a month after I've sent numerous requests about my wifi I haven't received any phonecall whatsoever even after they've sent me messages saying that an agent would contact me soon but no phonecall I'm working from home and my wifi being offline has had a really negative affect on my work as I had to go for a disciplinary hearing today and had to sign a warning today saying that I'm at the last warning before I lose my job
