I've been using Rain for more than 5 years, since last year I have been experiencing ongoing network issues including slow speeds and frequent disconnecting. Despite paying for the services the connection is unreliable and affects my work/streaming. Customer support has no solution at been sent back and forth every time I call I've been told to unplug the router and plug it back again yet nothing works now they're telling me to consider upgrading my package to get a new router since the one im using is old this is so sad I'm even considering canceling the contract.
