I've been trying to cancel my Rain service for 2 weeks and I phoned RAIN 5 times in 2 weeks to cancel and all 5 consultants told me someone will phone me back and nobody has phoned me back

I've been trying to cancel my Rain service for 2 weeks and I phoned RAIN 5 times in 2 weeks to cancel and all 5 consultants told me someone will phone me back and nobody has phoned me back.I tried to cancel my Rain on the app and the app doesn't allow me to cancel after I filled in all my details and I tried to cancel on the Rain website and it also doesn't work then I went to the Rain store and I waited 2 hours in the queue to cancel my Rain I waisted so much time,airtime and petrol just to cancel my wifi.Why does Rain even have a call center if nobody can help me or phone me back in 2 weeks.I have to find a new wifi supplier at half the price because R1000 a month is insane for wifi.I hope Rain can fix their broken system.
