I've been sitting without wifi for 2 day, I've got eleven references and Sisipho Ngcanga is the one that assisted me immediately the others could not even assist me so fast. They only said apologies for the inconvenience and made me reset my rain 10 times with no success and only said that tech team will phone back, still waiting for their call, what a disappointment was at a point to cancel my subscription. Sisiphos service and assistance was amazing she should teach the others to assist customers. She fixed a problem in 5min what the others could not do in 2 days. Sisipho thank you very much for your amazing service please teach the others how to render a service and to stop apologizing without an outcome. Thanks again for your assistance.
