I've been sending constant email and wasting so much money on your Rain number and at the end I'm not receiving any assistance.. If you can listen to the call I made on the 27th of 27 May 2023 and check the length of my call then you will understand my frustration. I told this lady to debit my account on that day, and she didn't up until I called again and I was given that Absa account to deposit.. I did pay R500 and sent them the proof of payment on several emails , since then I never received any data or any explanation, now I'm being told that the account is being handed over . The router was sent back to them. What kind on nonsense service is this... Let someone call me and explain.
