I've been having terrible issues for weeks now with regards to no network connectivity

I've been having terrible issues for weeks now with regards to no network connectivity. I contacted Abel and he was extremely helpful. He sent someone out the next day to change my router to an outdoor router. The techs Chris and Ben were phenomenal. I'm now connected and will monitor going forward. Thank you once again Abel, you're Amazing 😍
