I've been having internet connection problems

I've been having internet connection problems. Every time I called Rain I was given false promises. I logged several tickets without a single response. Yet when I missed a payment they were very quick to suspend my services. The quality of service has drastically declined. It's very frustrating for a loyal and long-standing customer to be treated with so much disregard.
