I've app**** for a rain one SIM card and it wa told you can take delivery with the proof of address not older than 3 months and I'd .I told the sales guy (Surenin Naidoo) I don't have my physical id but a picture on my phone and he said I can collect using it.when I get to the store am told I can't get it because my id is on the phone and they can't see it.Reference Number: ***7..I mean once I've app**** with my id number and me being there with my proof of residency says a lot...I have license and apparently it is not a form of identification to them, something that even financial institutions use to ascertain ligitimancy.so disappointed in 2023, having to fail because of an id document?
