Itumeleng Letsapa's great service.

I would like to compliment Itumeleng Letsapa's service, I had internet speeds issues and she really went out of her way to make sure my issues are revolved. Speeds have improved a bit, from 0.30 to at least 1.35mbps. From 6pm, they get to about 7mbps, though during the day it's somewhat acceptable, if only I can get a constant 2mbps during the day and minimal buffering, that would make work enjoyable and minimize frustrations. I'm glad to see some improvements, hopefully it gets to the expectation.
