It's your worst nightmare.

Rain is the worst.The customer service is terrible and not helpful at all.

I have been using rain for the past 3 to 4 months and this month I paid on the 1st of August as usual. On the 2nd August my connection to the wifi has been blocked since the 2nd of August and I tried calling and the consultants sound foreign and they just say we will escalate the problem, we will speak to the manager and nothing has been done to fix the problem. I know they will respond B.S saying they will contacted to help and are priotising my problem while in actual fact they lying. They are ****ers and this A.I thing is useless as it gets.

It's either you fix your mess or i want my refund for August and move to a better wifi provider.
