It's utter hell
It's utter hell. Their service in terms of connectivity is not what it used to be. I have an extensive home 5G UNCAPPED system and can hardly use it! It's daylight *******.

Upon checking your account, we see that you are currently connected to your nearest tower which is in a healthy state.
Kindly locate the reset button at the bottom of both the devices. Press and hold the reset button (using toothpick or one of the pins that come with the SIM) until the devices go off, this will help the device latch onto the closest tower to your home address. Kindly monitor the connection and run a speed test.
