It's unreliable and the promises you see in the marketing strategy is not the whole truth. When they say you pay upfront before receiving services is not true. I wrote an inquiry regarding my Sim card which were on voicemail when I make a phone call, they failed to respond timeously.instead they are using contract to get out of their inefficiency. They are forcing me to pay more whereas I want to downgrade to a lower level because they say it has been billed. So what they say about pay first then get services and no contract binding is a LIE.
