It's raining bad service again...

Is this an account or subscription, cause if for one month I decide not to pay for whatever reason, I either do not get service or get limited services when I don't pay. So why am u then charged full amount for limited services. In the month of June I didn't get the 2 gigs, my services was limited. So will I also get the 2 gigs for June and the extra gigs that you withheld by me not paying? Please confirm if this is a subscription or an account, and why am I not getting full service when payments is not received. It seems you are taking money for a service you didn't provide. I know I didn't pay, I couldn't pay and I knew that by not paying I will not be getting the service for that month...and now you are charging me for the same month you didn't give me service, please explain to me how does that work?

That's the problem, you are billing me full amoun for limited services. I didn't pay and you limited my service, I couldn't access the net cause you closed off the access and did not send the 2 gigs you normally send. So what exactly are you billing me for if you can close of the service on your end if you didn't receive the money then you can come back and bill me for the service you closed off. This is pure theft /*****...you are charging me for a service you did not provide.

I will do so, I have lodged a complaint with icasa. You can't charge a full amount for a service you limited.
