It’s over accept the break up. Stop taking my money

I cancelled the service as countless times but this company enjoys taking my money. And when I request a refund they have smart answers. I don’t know what to do how to do it. It’s a horrible service. Rain just won’t accept this break up. I’m done I want my money back
