I have submitted a ticket to cancel my subscription three days before tue debit order was supposed to go through. Guess what? Rain still submitted the debit order! Typical THIEVERY. They are extremely clever. There is no email address on their app so that you can send a message via email and you have proof of your communications. Stay away from Rain!
