It's not Rain. It's **** Storm
Can someone tell me how it's possible that a Rain technician comes out to my home installs "the best" router but my neighbors internet which is further away than my wifi is routers signal is stronger in my entire house than Rains router in my lounge. My neighbors router is on the same side as my lounge just further away. This is a joke. Really

He contacts me in the early morning asking if I'm at home doesn't reply for an hour then I ask him when hes coming no reply for an hour. By then I only have a 12:30 - 3 pm window he reads doesn't reply. I'm done with bad service
