It's not an upgrade to Rain One, but a HUGE DOWNGRADE !!!!

I upgraded to the Rain One package, but their sms clearly stated "You get your same unlimited 5G home Wifi + Free calls & data for 2 phones........" I have the top package (I pay R 999 to have the speed of up to 750 Mbps), but after "upgrading" to Rain One, I am now throttled at 65 Mbps. I called to get it resolved. I got a reference number, and that was the end. NO communication from them at all after that.

This is ********* and dishonest business practices.
