It’s impressive how they consistently fail to deliver

Firstly, their *********** use of AI to resolve customer queries, that chatbot will create tickets which will never be resolved or followed up on by a human.

Their network speeds are atrocious especially in the evening. From 18:00-00:00 we just know that we will barely do anything with that network. It’s so disappointing.

I have reached out a million times trying to get my router replaced because the tiny screen just went blank - it’s been 3 months since and no response or follow up regardless of the 10s of tickets created around this issue.

Anyway, I cancelled their service yesterday - they can collect their router whenever they want. Anyway, massive shoutout to banks for creating Virtual Cards…
