Should've never switched over from Telkom. First 2Months during lockdown internet was perfect no hiccups nothing, now every second day(not even, every day) I can't use the internet, can't watch YouTube videos even in 144p. Sending a email to your "support" team? It doesn't exist, now you have another product but the ones you offer is not even working. If you thinking about switching from Telkom to Rain, rather stay Telkom and spare yourself a headache.
