It's been two weeks and I haven't received my router

It's been two weeks and I haven't received my router. When I call rain they say it's on route but when I call the courier company they say they don't have my order at all. Rain keeps telling me that they're escalating and I will receive a call. I haven't received any call instead I'm the one that has to follow up everyday. No one cares about the customer in this company!
