It’s been more than a week since we tried to activate a second sim from Rain Internet Service Provider. For a reason not known by me and no one bothers to call and explain the reason I’m not assisted I’m still sitting with no service. This is by far the worst customer service ever experienced. There is no feedback and no one seems to be bothered to update me as a client. I shall be terminating my service with them. Not worth it.
