Its been just over 24hours since my post complaining about howbdifficult it is to get an itemized billing from rain
Its been just over 24hours since my post complaining about howbdifficult it is to get an itemized billing from rain. Rain immediately commented on my post and stated they will get on it straight away ... 24hours later and still counting ...i have not received my itemized billing. To get through rain telephonically is frustrating .. A waste of ones time and a waste of ones airtime. The rain app is so basic, with so much more room for improvement .... Will still wait for my itemized billing..

24 Nov 2023, 15:30kindly note ... rain has ent me the sim car activity previously. they sent me the numbers dialed and the numbers sms's that has been sent to. just this morning i called they were able to inform me of the numbers dialed and the numbers that were smsed for November and you now tell me

Do you who ever rep**** even understand what i am asking for ?
this is what myself and many thousands of others complain about the pathetic service from rain with customer care and social media consultants who don't even understand what rain offers and what they don't ...
