Its been a year using rain 101 wifi, but for the past 2 months I have been battling with network connection, everyday from 17h00 to 22h00 I'll literally have no connection

Its been a year using rain 101 wifi, but for the past 2 months I have been battling with network connection, everyday from 17h00 to 22h00 I'll literally have no connection. I called rain, sent emails, logged tickets but they always say they will investigate further. Its been 2 month but nothing has been done. Yet im paying full premium for something that don't work for me when I get home.
