Its a trap

I just recently bought a rain sim card, after I heard a few complaints from people i personally know about the very same network. I just wanted to see for myself; I'm not surprised. The network coverage is bad and yes I did check if my area is covered, and it sure is. My whole city was shown to be covered and shown to have good quality network. I'm disappointing, my download speed is always around 3 Mbps nothing more and upload around 5 Mbps. As I'm typing this my download speed is at 1.8 Mbps.
