Its a RAINING day at RAIN, no umbrellas

Ref (***) you guys suck big time. Ordered a simswop two weeks ago, last week they couried two simcards that are not working. Francis Maphoto, billong dep, calls. Makes all sorts of promises, including that ill get a "working simcard couried to me. Sure, Tuesday courier comes, according to them on frequently asked questions " how long does it take to for simcard to be active"? Answer " 2 hours upon reciept of the card n when Rica is complete" RICA completed by the driver on delivery....fast track 48 hours later, card still not active. Needless to say i have spent over an hours worth of my own airtime trying to get this sorted. Yesterday i was kept on hold for over 20 min until the agent decided to hang up on me. Sent 3 e- mails to honourable Francis Liphoto, zero feedback..today its Aprils fools, is the joke on me? Hey, n its RAINING nogal... this is a memorable customer experience.
