Ithumeleng Letswaba RAIN consultant unprofessional behavior

Ithumeleng Letswaba assisted - I had to repeat to her that I did not acquire my SIM from Takealot.com. She passed the phone to a colleague stating that she was going to shout at me if she did not hand the call over. She captured my ID incorrectly and despite advising her numerous times that the SIM was not purchased on Takealot she insisted I RICA online. Please advise Ithumeleng that her behaviour was unprofessional, and she should treat clients couteously.
