Items ordered not delivered
Been with rain for years, happy with the product
We recently moderate took a difficult turn 1. I had to call multiple time to chase delivery of my devices after their promised delivery date 2. The items arrived woth missing items 3. I called rain, their sales team says support made an error so I get transferred. Support says the order was not processed I have to go back to sales team. I am stuck in the middle with an unresolved issue
