ITC for Insurance needed

[Infuriated Customer] I need an ITC number from rain, my phone got ****** in the USA I’m currently doing a winter season there and I have sent them tens of emails, as well as calling their support line over Skype and every single time I’ve been told Rain doesn’t give out ITC numbers by remote workers who are definitely not trained or even know the protocol of South African service providers. Gone back and forth with a fellow telling me Rain doesn’t provide them, every time I’m put through to voice support the line cuts and I never speak to anyone. I desperately need an ITC number and ASAP for my insurance claim other wise I will not be able to claim in the 30 day window, Rain is utterly useless!
