It used to RAIN happiness but now it RAINS disappointment

I am so disappointed with this service. The uncapped SIM worked wonderfully for 2 months, and then SUDDENLY I have no internet, I am now counting day 5 without internet. When contacted for support I get told I need to consider extending my capabilities with an outdoor antenna solution. The past two months I didn't need this. Can RAIN fix this issue or refund my money as I am paying for nothing!
