It should be called draught not Rain wifi horrible service

My husband signed up for Rain the 5G with free to use router together with the 2 additional sim cards we pay R559pm but the bladdy sim cards don't work and to top it off I called them to tell them our payment date is loaded for the 15th when in fact we don't get paid the 15th and we don't have money to pay on that date so what happens is we pay on the 25th so for a whole week we sit without wifi then I pay the 25th and then our service only runs till the 15th then gets cut off but I paid the 25th I have logged support after support for them to call us to rectify this but till this date months later no one called amd their wifi is horrible we have 6 devices in the house we always have no connection every day then we have to reboot its irritating the living **** out of us all and we tried calling them it just rings I want to cancel this stupid service and move to a different service provider who actually calls their customers back
