It Seems Rains Service is only great when it comes to getting sales,when it comes to actually assiting you with a problem,the basically non existent, Been trying to cancel my 4G SIM because I have a 5G SIM but it's as if they are purposely delaying so that they do not have to pay you back. Really disappointed,it's been almost a week and everyday the a different agent says something else. I feel like canceling my relationship with Raim altogether
