It rains again!

Once again rain has done it! By far the worst after market service I've ever experienced! A payment went out yesterday that I wish to reverse, I've logged a ticket twice already, I was told us he contacted in 24hrs, still nothing, but they've sent an email stating that the issue has been resolved. I see nothing on my end. As usual rain is useless.
