It only Rains with Rain's bad service.

I signed up with Rain end July then cancelled on the same day. Since then I have been waiting for my refund or any prove that I have been refunded. Every time I am told that they matter is sitting with the refund department. I have been a month going to two now and nothing. I find this soo annoying especially been told the same thing every day and no action.
