It never Rains wen there is loadshedding
Now that we have load shedding I purchased a UPS unit. My son has a router with service from Telkom. The UPS works perfectly on his unit. On mine the 5G light flashes and the service desk asked me to reboot it and wait for between 30 in to an hour. Sriously? Anyway, I waited and still nothing. I have asked for a technician to assist - perhaps I can connect on 4G- However, Rain does not respond. They are quick to inform us on a price increase though. This UPS was costly and it is tragic that it does not work.

I need this soonest because I have a window period whereby I can return the UPS unit. I hope I can be helped soonest
