it never RAINS it pours in South Africa

Ordered sim from rain for 1 month using credit card. After inserting sim no signal after them indicating that there was coverage in my area. Contacted and tried to get a refund 4 months ago and still no luck. I noticed yesterday that they have **********ly taking money off my account via debt order. There is no contact number or anyway to correct this. This is ***** and how do you have any recourse against these *******. I believe rain is owned by Petrus Motsepe and he is the 3rd richest person in SA. I WONDER WHY.!!!
