It never Rains, it pours!

Don't be fooled.... Rain might be cheap, but they're dumb as ****!! I signed up to Rain in August and initially all was well. Internet speed was excellent. During September, however, internet speed dropped drastically, slowing down to 0kbps quite often. A friend of mine (who is also by Rain) experienced the same symptoms. October brought even more headaches.... There is absolutely no connectivity during peak time (18:00 - 23:00). Being a tech junkie I checked the obvious (rebooted the router, checked firmware, checked IP addressing, APN, etc, etc.), but to no avail. Last resort...Contact Rain. Online chat and phoning them is an absolute waist of time as these are call center consultants who have learned their lines like parrots and bear no technical knowledge. The only phrase known to them is "We will escalate the matter." 3 chats, 2 phone calls, and 1 email later and I am still connectionless during peak hours. Pathetic, to say the least.
